💧 Aquarium Water-Test & Maintenance Log (free printable)

The keepers with the healthiest tanks are the ones who test, not guess. Print this, tape it by the tank, and jot your readings — a rising nitrate or a stubborn ammonia trace jumps out fast, long before it becomes a sick fish. Perfect while cycling and for your weekly routine after.

Water-Test & Maintenance Log

Aim for: ammonia 0 · nitrite 0 · nitrate low (keep it down with water changes) · a stable pH and temperature. In a cycled tank any ammonia or nitrite above 0 means do a water change now and find the cause.
