Can angelfish live with neon tetras or guppies?

Cautiously, and often not. An angelfish is a cichlid, not a peaceful community fish — it can be territorial and will eat any fish small enough to fit its mouth, so full-grown angels frequently eat neon tetras and can nip or stress small tankmates. If you mix them, do it in a large tank with cover and go in knowing it can go wrong. Check the pairing before you buy.
